Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to respond to you and run the site:

• Contact form submissions: the name, company, email address and message you submit.
• Booking requests: any details entered into an embedded ARTES scheduling widget go directly to ARTES — see below.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront) records the IP address, user-agent, requested URL and timestamp of each request, as is standard for all websites.

We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email via Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES). The AWS Lambda function that handles the form does not persist your submission — it only forwards it to our inbox.

To reduce spam we use a hidden "honeypot" field and (optionally) Google reCAPTCHA v3, which assigns an invisible risk score to each submission. reCAPTCHA is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

This site stores a single first-party entry in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie-consent choice. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by us. Embedded third parties (ARTES, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA) may set their own cookies when you interact with their content; refer to their respective policies.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting (S3 + CloudFront) and transactional email (SES).
• Google Fonts: serves the Syne and IBM Plex typefaces used across the site.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3: optional anti-spam protection on the contact form.
• ARTES: our scheduling platform, embedded where booking is offered.

Contact-form messages are retained in our inbox only as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record. Hosting server logs are retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted. Booking data lives in ARTES under its retention policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@headsoft.net and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
